This policy applies to all outbound email sent from domains operated by Kip Lee and myEASysystem LLC, including myeagleeyes.com, kiplinglee.com, and myeasysystem.com.

We do not permit unsolicited third-party advertising

Kip Lee, myEASysystem LLC, and any authorized sender acting on our behalf do not advertise these websites using unsolicited commercial email to consumers or to businesses that have not provided a business contact address or opted in to hear from us.

What we send

• One-to-one B2B outreach to named business contacts at remodeling and home-improvement companies.
• Addresses are verified before send (third-party verification + internal suppression lists).
• Every message includes a plain-text opt-out: reply STOP and we close the file.
• We honor unsubscribe and reply-stop requests immediately and globally suppress the contact and domain where appropriate.

What we do not do

• No purchased bulk consumer lists.
• No affiliate or third-party senders advertising our domains without written authorization.
• No disguised headers, false subject lines, or malware links.
• No sending after a recipient has opted out.

Compliance

Outbound email complies with CAN-SPAM (accurate From, physical address in signature, opt-out honored within 10 business days) and applicable state business-contact rules. Complaints: kip@myeagleeyes.com.
